China patent support for overseas university innovators.
To promote international university exchange and youth innovation, Ma Su Team offers a China patent support program for applicants from overseas universities, including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan universities.
Program price
USD 199 per case for all patent service fees charged by Ma Su Team.
- USD 199 per case includes all patent service fees charged by Ma Su Team.
- Official fees charged by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, or CNIPA, are not included.
- CNIPA official fees shall be borne separately by the applicant.
- No other patent service fees are charged by Ma Su Team for the covered case.
Eligibility
The applicant must come from an overseas university.
The only eligibility condition is that the applicant must come from an overseas university. Universities in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan are included.
Purpose
Support youth innovation and international exchange.
The program is designed to help university innovators understand and access China's patent protection system at an early stage of their innovation projects.
How to apply
Send a short project description and university background.
- Name of applicant and university
- Whether the applicant is a student, teacher, researcher, or university project team member
- Short description of the invention or innovation project
- Any draft, drawing, product photo, prototype description, or publication status if available
